Shipping Policy

United States shipping

We provide free tracked standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum order value is required.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Estimated delivery within the United States is generally 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Weather, carrier disruption, seasonal demand, customs review, remote destinations, or an incorrect address may cause delays.

International shipping

International availability and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to show its first carrier scan. Orders may arrive in more than one package.

Address changes

Please review the complete shipping address before submitting an order. If you find an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment has started. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed, lost, or delivered packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the package has not arrived after the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier or fulfillment partner. If tracking shows delivered, first check nearby delivery areas, household members, neighbors, and the local carrier. Please allow 1–2 business days because some carriers scan packages shortly before final delivery.

Confirmed lost shipments and eligible delivery problems will be resolved in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
